I understand you wish to refund Gragas due to the skill kit full changes given to him recently. I am sure that Gragas will be sad to leave your awesome care.

As League of Legends is constantly evolving, we understand that older champions sometimes do not fit in with the current game together with the newer champions. And the old models and kits will sometimes upset our players that had purchased these champions prior to their rework.

Please note, since the changes made to Rengar is a full kit rework, this is a one-for-all transaction, both Champion and his skins will be refunded. If the skin/champion was given as a gift, the cost will be refunded to the sender, not the receiver.

Due to this, I have made an exception for you. The total points of RP/IP has been added to your account. If you happen to be online while I had made the changes, you may notice a short ~5 minute hold on your account. This is just to allow the database to refresh and you will be able to log-in again, shortly.
